Directions for use

Shake before using, place 3-5 drops* morning and evening under the tongue and wait 30 seconds before swallowing. To remain faithful to the product and not distort it, we have not added any flavoring. The oil will therefore taste like hemp oil. You can also put the drops on sugar, in a tea, an infusion, a smoothie or cocktail. It is also possible to incorporate a few drops of essential oil(s) which can be chosen for their aromatic taste as well as for their synergistic properties with CBD.

For aesthetic purposes, it is possible to add CBD oil to your facial care creams and thus benefit from the many beneficial effects that cannabis will bring to your skin.

Advice :
A higher dose is not necessarily more effective, as the effect experienced varies depending on individual sensitivity. It is therefore important to find the optimal dosage.

Sublingual administration is often preferred as it allows rapid action and maximum bioavailability of CBD. In this way, CBD can be absorbed directly by the body via the blood vessels under the tongue, thus avoiding the “first pass effect”, i.e. the metabolization of part of the CBD by the liver when the oil is ingested and absorbed through the digestive system.

Taking CBD before a meal can help optimize its bioavailability.
