Delivery

How soon will I receive my order?
At SOWÉ, we take the approach of not upsetting the order of things, of course 🌿
We will process your order as soon as received and ship it the next day against all the odds 👊
However, we don't opt for express delivery: it's too energy-consuming. Shipping will therefore take 4 to 5 days...but A good product can be delayed.

Can I order from abroad?
Of course you can. Our distribution network is global and we speak French, English, Portuguese and Spanish.

My product arrived broken.
Unfortunately, this can happen. However, we always take great care to wrap it in natural hemp fibres. Good idea, isn't it? In any case, contact us as soon as possible so that we can send you a new product.

💶 How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free for all orders over 50 euros. Otherwise :

🇬🇧 For France and Belgium 🇧🇪

Standard / ecological: 7 working days: fixed cost of 5 euros.

Free standard delivery for orders over 50 euros.

🇵🇹 For Portugal and Spain 🇪🇸

Standard / ecological: 7 working days: fixed cost of 3.50 euros.

Free standard delivery for orders over 50 euros.

🇪🇺 For the rest of Europe

Standard / ecological: 7 working days: fixed cost of 7.50 euros.

Free standard delivery for orders over 50 euros.

Returns

Returns
Regarding returns and exchanges, the buyer has 14 days after receipt of the order to return. In the event that you receive defective product(s), please contact us by telephone at the number indicated or by email at the address indicated, we will inform you of the procedure to follow. We do not cover the shipping costs associated with returns. Exchanges and refunds will only be effective in the event of encounter with the following problems:

- Receipt of a damaged product
- Received wrong product
- Receipt of a defective product

We cannot accept returns of product(s) opened or sent after the regulatory withdrawal period and in the absence of proof of purchase. No exchange will be made if the buyer has opened or damaged the product(s).

Commitments
We undertake to make a refund to any buyer who meets the conditions mentioned above upon receipt of the product(s), the completed return form and proof of purchase. The refund will be made to the payment method used during the purchase. You will receive a notification when the refund is processed.

*The amount of the refund will correspond to the amount spent during the purchase. If the buyer has benefited from a promotion code or purchased one or more product(s) on sale, the amount paid will be refunded and not the original amount of the product(s) in question.

Products purchased in store are subject to the return policy of the store in question. The exchange or refund of a product purchased in store cannot be made on our website.

Please download the form if you encounter any of the above situations. The form is to be attached inside the package. The product(s) must be carefully packaged, preferably in its original packaging, so that it/they are best protected during transport. The product(s) must be sent to the following address:

🛡 Is it safe and secure to pay online?
Yes. Payments with your cards are processed by our bank, Caisse des Dépôts in accordance with French and international interbank security measures. We can trust them without hesitation.

💵 What payment method do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card (debit and credit) Visa and Mastercard.

💳 My card won't work
It can happen, please check the expiry date of your card.
After several attempts and with several cards, try with a new email address. This may work.

Ingredients

Are you VEGAN?
Yes, ALL of our ingredients are of natural AND plant origin.
You will not find any trace of animal origin in our formulas.

Are you a manufacturer?
Yes, we have our own research and production laboratory. This allows us to control ALL of the steps and thus ensure quality throughout the value chain. In addition, we are partners of the Faculty of Sciences and Pharmacy.

Are the products natural?
Yes, the naturalness of our ingredients is essential.
We define on each product sheet the percentage of Ingredients of natural origin according to the ISO standard for more credibility.

Are the products organic?
Yes, most of our ingredients are organically grown. You will find this information on the sheet of each product. The percentage of organic ingredients exceeds 80% of the formula for all our products. (For information, Ecocert the organic label only requires a minimum rate of 20%. Test passed with flying colours for SOWÉ)

Formula

At SOWÉ, we create our formulas and develop our products, where the oils are mixed, filled and packaged with precision, in accordance with ISO 22716 guidelines on good manufacturing practice for cosmetic products.

We keep our ingredients cold during formulation to maintain the maximum effectiveness of the ingredients we select.

The products are tested in the laboratory to guarantee their stability and quality for each production batch. All our oils are dermatologically tested, in an external laboratory, to be suitable for all skin types. With SOWÉ, you can rest easy knowing that we're looking after you.

CBD

Is CBD legal?
Yes, CBD is legal. In cosmetics, it is an ingredient authorized since January 2021 in the official catalog of the European Commission
Regarding the "food" category, it is an ingredient that is part of the "Novel Food" catalog and it is one of the most promising ingredients in the industry.

Can you drive after taking CBD?

It depends on the type of CBD you consumed. At SOWÉ, we use a CBD extract that contains NO trace of THC. You can therefore drive without the risk of being arrested by the police.

What is CBD?
Acronym of cannabidiol , CBD is one of the many cannabinoids contained in our miracle active ingredient: cannabis.

Are there any side effects?
Our CBD does not contain THC* and therefore has no psychotropic effects.
CBD has a good safety profile. According to the World Health Organization's critical review report on CBD, "CBD is generally well tolerated with a good safety profile" and, "to date, there is no evidence of public health associated with the use of pure CBD”.*Tetrahydrocannabinol, is the psychoactive substance of cannabis.

What is the difference between CBD oil and hemp oil?
It is important to note that "cannabis oil" or "CBD oil" is a product made from cannabis (usually in the form of a CBD-rich extract derived from the leaves and flowers of the cannabis plant, which may include plants classified as industrial hemp) and a botanical oil (such as canola, olive, grapeseed or hemp seed oil).

Hemp seed oil differs from cannabis oil in that it is derived from pressing the grain or seed of the hemp plant (processed similarly to other oilseeds, such as jojoba) and contains very little THC (at most 10 ug/g THC) and a negligible amount of CBD
