At SOWÉ Botanic Lab, we take the decision not to upset the order of the elements, necessarily 🌿

After placing an order, the user will receive an email containing the proof of purchase and the order number. This number will allow the user to track the progress of the delivery of the package.

We will process your order as soon as we receive it and ship it the next day against all odds 👊

However, we do not opt for express shipping: too energy consuming. We opt by default for a shipment within 4 to 5 working days... because a good product knows how to wait.

However, we offer you the possibility to receive it quickly if you can't wait.

🇪🇺 For the rest of Europe

• Standard / ecological : 4-5 working days: fixed cost of 7.50 euros.
