Recommended use for the vulva
Because the vulva is a particularly sensitive area (mucous membranes, hormonal fluctuations, friction, humidity), here is how to use this oil safely.
- External use only : do not apply inside the vagina, only on the vulva (external areas).
- Gentle cleansing : Wash first with warm water and a mild cleanser with a pH close to natural. Dry gently.
- Quantity : a few drops are enough (2-4 drops depending on the surface).
- Frequency : morning and/or evening as needed, especially after irritation, shaving, sexual intercourse, or in case of dryness.
- Tolerance test : apply to a small area (groin crease) for 24 hours to check that there is no reaction.
- Stop and seek medical advice : If you experience pain, unusual odor, discharge, or persistent irritation, consult a healthcare professional.
